Terms.
The conditions for browsing this portfolio and preparing a project inquiry.
Website use
Use the website for browsing and exploring design ideas. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent the portfolio content.
Fictional project information
AJ Atelier, its team profiles, project studies, locations, areas, statistics, and proposed spaces are fictional portfolio content. No awards, licences, client relationships, or real commissions are claimed.
Design inquiries
An inquiry expresses interest and creates no design contract, appointment, quotation, or commitment. In current local mode, preparing an inquiry creates only a fictional reference and does not deliver information externally.
Plans and design studies
Floor plans are simplified spatial diagrams. They are not construction documents, measured surveys, specifications, engineering advice, or evidence of regulatory compliance. Any real project requires appropriate professional review.
Intellectual property and imagery
Website design, project narratives, and portfolio imagery form part of the AJ Web Studio reference project. Do not present fictional work as your own built commission. Any commercial reuse should follow the rights provided with the source package.
Third-party services
Contact and social links open services with their own terms. Their availability and operation are outside the control of this portfolio.
Availability and responsibility
The website is provided as a portfolio reference. Content and functionality are offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Decisions about property, design, costs, or construction require project-specific advice.
Changes and contact
The content and these terms are subject to revision as the project develops. The contact page provides the current configured communication details.
